Locstatt allows vital information to flow from an owner’s facility back to a contractor’s organization and vice-versa.
Essentially it eliminates the need for owners to request training records, JSAs, procedures, remedial actions, and general risk management information from contractors.
At the same time it reduces the need for contractors to have to ask owners for information regarding their employee participation while at an owner’s facility. The employees are automatically updated regarding their participation in JSAs, safety meetings, training received, remedial action items and many other systems.

Training

(LocCheck™):

The Training application provides real-time visualization of employee records and owner or task-specific training checks. Contractors submit a list of their employees and required internal training matrix definitions against set job positions. Once records are loaded, Locstatt becomes a natural path to demonstrate training compliance to an owner, including expiration alerts and records management.

Distinctive Characteristics include:
  1. Remote registration of all employees via live real-time data verification of portrait photograph, government issued identification.
  2. Remote helpdesk support for loading of individual contracting company facilities, departments, locations, job titles, employee characteristics, security data access, training records, expiration alerts and job safety analysis risk matrixes and records.
  3. Individual employee HSSE passport type data tracking and analysis.
  4. Reporting on training compliance via web or mobile data units.

Facility Log Book

(LocPOB™):

The Facility Logbook registers the entrance and exit of individuals to a specific facility, location and projects, including real-time reporting of personnel on site.
This application can also be configured to perform gate checks to show if the employees have the required training and/or are qualified to access a location or project.
In addition, a key requirement for emergency response is to know exactly who is present at the facility or work site at any given moment. When employees or contractors arrive at a worksite their entrance is registered with the use of the facility logbook - the digital form of registering the entrance and exit of individuals to a specific facility.

Distinctive Characteristics include:
  1. Individual remote registration capabilities.
  2. Integration of personnel data, T-Card and Personnel Onboard Administration.
  3. Automatic link to LocInduct™ interactive induction roster & induction or cross reference data to personnel induction requirements.
  4. Automatic link to LocTrack™ for training records and expiration alerts.
  5. Gatecheck to Facility / Project-Specific training.
  6. Automatic Facilitation of barcode T-card and mustering process.
  7. Delayed synchronization options (offline capabilities).
  8. Real-time remote POB - know who’s on a site at any given time.

Helicopter & Personnel Manifesting

(LocFlight™):

The application performs the same function for offshore locations with access via helicopters, as noted under LocPOB.

Distinctive Characteristics include:
  1. Individual remote registration capabilities.
  2. Flight check-in, flight manifest / integration of passenger data, T-Card and Personnel Onboard Administration.
  3. Automatic link to LocInduct™ interactive induction roster & induction or cross reference data to passenger induction requirements.

Classroom

(LocInduct™):

The interactive induction is performed with individual clickers or remote controls which enable the instructor to monitor the answers and knowledge transfer of critical safety information, and provides the forum for final testing to ensure understanding. The system encourages questioning and topic-related discussions. At the completion of the induction, records are automatically saved to the employee’s or contractor’s training history in the system database.

Distinctive Characteristics include:
  1. Integration of individual wireless handheld clickers that instantly track and record each individual’s results and provide feedback to the trainer for possible areas of difficulty.
  2. Real-time access to contractor’s training records.
  3. Provides a template for site specific customization for both Owner and Contractor information via photographs, video, text, graphics and audio, which enhances the value of site specific information as related to an induction.
  4. Locstatt provides the facilitation of the above mentioned induction customizations through LocForm™.

Behavioral Based Observation System

(LocSight™):

This application notes field evaluations of safe, unsafe conditions and unsafe behavior, while executing a job or task on site.
Observations can be made on the owner's facility by the contractor or the owner itself to evaluate the conditions of the location and tasks or behaviors executed while on a job. Owners can have a direct and immediate feedback of the physical aspects of a site as perceived by the contractors working in them.

Distinctive Characteristics include:
  1. Use of customized, state of the art intrinsically safe touch screen workstations.
  2. Ability to automatically process these observations to remedial action plans and data reports for customised site analysis.
  3. Provides a two way flow of information between a facility and contractors working on the same facility. Typically contractors management is not aware of their employee participation in these programs. With Locstatt they can logon and view the participation of their own employees in the behavioral based safety programs.
  4. Tracking of open and closed BBS observations via graphical interface. Enhances daily tracking and management resources.

Job Safety Analysis / JSA or Task Risk Assessment / TRA

(LocCheck™):

Owner and contractor JSAs are remotely loaded into Locstatt for facilitation or preparation of contractors performing tasks on an owner / operator facility.
On arrival at a work site, contractors can access their JSAs via a controlled portfolio.
Both the Operator and the Contractor can then review the risk severity and likelihood of individual procedure steps in the JSA.
Each company has their own presentation-type format to show their JSAs and risk matrixes, which are then entered into the system exactly the way they currently use them. Owners can layer their own risk matrix onto a contractor JSA to increase visibility of risks.
In addition, the JSA Gallery provides employees with a visual example of the right way to perform a task and the control measures that must be applied.

Distinctive Characteristics include:
  1. Ability to schedule JSA meetings for future execution in the field. This includes individual meeting setup of questionnaire modules including equipment inspection, interpreter requirements, time allocations, experience levels, JSA details, hazard identification wheel, and debrief.
  2. Configuration of company specific risk matrixes.
  3. Loading of contractor JSAs, including associated JSA step with pictures, videos, hazards and control measures.
  4. Interactive reporting of JSA meetings.
  5. JSA verification of tasks being performed with detailed analysis and aggregation of JSAs performed, lessons learned, debriefs and schedule of execution.

Lessons Learned / Performance

(LocLearn™):

This application tracks and checks a company's performance in the field. Contractors and owners can systematically analyze all aspects of their individual facility HSSE management systems and performance. All information regarding the execution, facility, project and/or incidents of a particular job are recorded in the application as part of a performance report which is centralized in the Remedial Action Plan.

Distinctive Characteristics include:
  1. Simplicity of operation. Observations are typically one sentence but the interface allows direct transmission to the individual contractor involved.
  2. Transparency of operation. Observations are automatically sent to the contracting company. This facilitates a two way flow of information and allows responding to the observation.
  3. Automatic facilitation of remedial action plans.
  4. Automatic facilitation of data analysis for contractor reviews of performance.
  5. Ability to capture good, average, poor and intolerably poor performance for contracting companies and to then aggregate this information across geographical boundaries or operational areas and or Operators.
